AWA and The Industry
The AWA is a not for profit organisation representing all types of window manufacturers throughout Australia. Currently the membership base is 450+ members. The AWA is the voice of the window industry and fulfils many roles including:
- Comprehensive training programsthrough itd Registered Training Organisation
- Annual Conference
- Publications and communications
- WERS, membership of 240+
- The peak not for profit association representing all types of window manufacturers and suppliers throughout Australia
- Membership base of 450+ members
- The voice of the window industry
- Lobbying government to ensure a future for the window industry.
- Active involvement with other associations locally and internationally to promote window and door products.
- Accreditation program to meet compliance to AS2047 and promote a level playing field in the window industry.
- Representation on relevant Australian Standards committees to include our industry voice and ensure appropriate standards development.
The AWA provide many training opportunities to the window and door industry to continue to develop the professionalism of our industry.
