Luxaflex Commercial Case Study at 321 Kent St featuring Flexi Glide Roller Blinds

Throughout the fit-out of the impressive and contemporary open-planned offices at 321 Kent Street, selecting the most appropriate window fashions was a key consideration for interior designers.

321 Kent Street boasts 360 degree views across the Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour. The site is open-plan and incorporates a kitchen and café into the workspace, with a mezzanine setting that offers the beauty of natural sunlight.

The building features more than 500 windows with multiple views, making window furnishings a priority for the interior design team. Luxaflex Flexi Glide Roller Blinds were installed to deliver the combination of practical operation and unobtrusive style.

The silver annodised elipse bottom rail guaranteed a streamlined look, while the Luxaflex Extraview Plus Sunscreen fabric allowed occupants to retain their view to the outside but also minimise heat, UV rays and glare.

Luxaflex Panel Glide Elite System applications were fitted in the two boardrooms where the panels can be easily drawn across when meetings are in progress or when privacy is required and drawn back again when not in use. Selected in White Extraflocke fabric, the Panel Glide offers a practical, yet attractive design feature.
