Precision Paper coatings are developing pressure sensitive adhesive technology and coating techniques

The company was formed in 1971 to produce Pressure-Sensitive Products. Since then the company has had a continuing commitment to research and development of pressure sensitive adhesive technology and coating techniques. The resultant adhesives and coating systems have kept PPC to the fore in its field especially in combination with specialised and often unique backings for specific end use applications.

• Pioneered the introduction of Self-Adhesive "Document Enclosed" type envelopes resulting in huge savings to industry.
• Developed a range of innovative and cost effective aluminium foil tapes for the air-conditioning industry.
• Designed and built equipment to create first quality printing on many unusual films and substrates.
• Improved techniques for surface coating of silicones, release agents, adhesives and bondings, resulting in enhanced performance of many utility products.
• Been the first company in Australia to develop and build in-line hot-melt coating equipment, which has major beneficial implications for the environment.

Precision Paper Coatings has concentrated on the vertical integration of the processes involved in the manufacture of its products. These include the preparation of the adhesives, silicone coating of paper, in line adhesive and release coating, slitting and automated packaging. The economics flowing from this integration have allowed our products to be internationally competitive in terms of price and quality.

Extensive Export markets for numerous manufactured products have been established in Fiji, New Zealand, New Guinea, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East, Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Brunei, Thailand, The Netherlands and the U.K.

Australia-Wide coverage is achieved through a Nationwide network of selected specialist distributors.

The new 5 acre site at Villawood, south-west of Sydney, house all manufacturing, warehousing, despatch, accounting, and laboratory and quality control facilities.
