H2Opoxy concrete coating Brisbane from Know How Concrete Technologies

QPAC Car park - Queensland Performing Arts Complex
Grey St, South Brisbane

Completed in June 2009 the refurbishment of QPAC Car park had a pre-existing coloured epoxy floor that was worn and damaged. As part of the refurbishment the owners required the car park floor to be repainted. While at first hearing this may sound quiet simple, however the opposite is the case and very difficult to achieve given that. The area immediately adjacent to the car park needed to remain operational during the works. This would have been impossible using conventional solvent based epoxy systems that generate considerable fumes and smells.

The floor had to be cleaned and given a light sand before we applied our H20 poxy rolled over the top of the solvent based epoxy.

This makes our product a world first as never before has a water based epoxy paint been able to overcoat an oil/solvent based epoxy. H20 poxy has produced outstanding results in this commercially used car park which has had high traffic use since with no delineation. Affect to the car park floor.

H20 poxy comes in a broad range of colours including the colour bond variety. In this particular project Shale grey epoxy has been applied.
