Modular Home Jillaroo Model from Shack in a Pack

CONGRATULATIONS to Nick and Kara Loan (SHACK in a PACK Sydney Distributors) for building their display SHACK, 'The Jillaroo' at 74 Frank Street, Mt Druitt.

Nick and Kara bought a block of land that already had a house on it, so they went through council to obtain approval to build a second dwelling on the land. Not only did they get it passed through council within weeks, they then commenced building their SHACK immediately and had it completed within 3 days (with the help and guidance of our Dubbo Distributors, Dave and John Wellman of Wellco Constructions). They then had the landscaping and furnishings completed a few days later.

Nick and Kara have bombarded local Real Estate Agents with ideas on how investors can get a higher return on their investment by building a SHACK on their land. They have also been attending seminars along with letter box drops. Their commitment looks like it is starting to pay off with 2 SHACK's in the pipeline for January, 2011
