Long Private Travel Lift Installed in Sydney from Liftshop

In this solution, a 4 story walk up problem was solved by strapping a LONG travel private lift to the side of the building (entering from the garage to inside is 5 steps and takes less than a minute)!

Located in Coogee, Sydney, with a wonderful view of the ocean, the penthouse owner, a famous Australian choreographer and his wife were having difficulty with the four flights of stairs. Rather than move home, the lift was strapped to the side of the building using galvanised ring beans and then clad to match the decor.

The entire cost of the project was less than the stamp duty would have been for the next owner after he was required to move out.

Naturally, he's not moving anymore!
