Two-tone triumph! The open-plan design of this kitchen benefits from the use of two-tone cabinets from Wonderful Kitchens. The benefits of Wonderful Kitchens. Having lived with an older-style kitchen for many years, it was time for the owners to renovate and finally have the kitchen they had dreamed about for so long. Of main consideration was the integration of the kitchen with the living area to make one, large, well-designed open-plan space. Richard Louch from Wonderful Kitchens has designed the kitchen so that access to and from the adjoining rooms is not obstructed in any way and traffic can flow smoothly. The decision to use two-tone cabinets not only adds a sense of visual appeal but also lightens and brightens the area. Discreet finger-pull handles do not detract from the smooth lines across the cabinets. Shapely and proportional, the large island bench does not dominate the space yet provides a plethora of | | additional preparation and serving space. Attractive and practical, the kitchen is clutter-free with the integrated refrigerator and freezer adding to the streamlined, sophisticated finish.
