The Fluidmesh 1100 wireless security system from Pacific Communications

The Fluidmesh 1100 wireless system is now available from Pacific Communications. The 1100 is a fully IP-compatible point-to-point wireless Ethernet bridge designed for security, public safety and video surveillance applications and offers the highest performance in terms of security, throughput and reliability.

Through advanced software radio technology the Fluidmesh 1100 can operate either on license-free 2.4Ghz or 5.8Ghz bands and is easily selected through browser interface during installation. It has a proprietary POE injector, integrated planar antenna and compact design for discreet, low-impact deployments in urban areas.

The Fluidmesh 1100 uses optimization technology for video applications which guarantees unparalleled performance in terms of latency and reliability of IP video streams. Thanks to its proprietary communications protocol it has an exceeding high level of privacy as it's traffic cannot be detected or decoded by standard Wi-Fi compatible radio. Importantly the Fluidmesh technology is fully compatible with VPN tunnels and encryption schemes such as AES and 3DES.

With additional software purchase the system can be upgraded to become a mesh-capable transmitter to work within more complex multi-path system architectures.
