Using technical expertise, computer technology and modern equipment, U-Neek can achieve the most complex bending requirements including 3D bending from simple 2D drawings. Tight Radius bends, often called 1D bends are frequently used in demanding engineering applications such as Power Generation and Petrochemical industries, these bends are hard to produce whilst keeping the wall thickness and Ovality to a minimum. U-Neek have manufactured several thousand of these bends for super heater coils used in power generation and boiler plants.

We have a huge range of bend tooling for both pipe and tube as well as special tooling for rectangular hollow sections, aero foil sections and oval tube. Our equipment can also be used to produce sharp bends in angle, channel and aluminium extrusions.
