These independent Australian awards are judged purely on merit by our independent judging panel. The awards recognize excellence in design, innovation and the construction of the built form, which includes customer satisfaction.

Last Years winners include Rothe Lowman for the overall house of the year and Arundel Constructions for builder of the year.

Projects are assessed on their individual design merits and quality of construction against a range of criteria including innovation, visual and emotional appeal, functionality, Quality of construction and choice of materials and environmental sustainability.
