Pre-stressed concrete beams

EPS is used to create voids in concrete slabs and beams to reduce the overall weight of the concrete member while maintaining its structural strength. Void formers can be manufactured to shapes specified by designers for projects such as long span beams used in bridge and multi storey car parks and voids in suspended slabs. They are used in the pre-stress, post tension and conventional concrete designed structures.
