Obex entrance matting system is modular and very simple to install using a straight edge, craft knife and rubber mallet. The modular system reduces timely and costly site measurements and furthermore eliminates production lead times that conventional aluminium bar systems require. Obex tiles are available in thickness of 11mm and 16mm depending on the intended foot traffic. The 11 mm tiles are the same height as a standard carpet tile or ceramic tile and make for easy installation. The simplistic construction design of Obex allows it to be used in commercial Revolving Door Systems without delay. The modular nature of Obex also means that if wear and tear becomes evident then quick replacement of the affect area is possible.
