Timbercrete works with local businesses to showcase Sustainable building

Timbercrete together with local businesses have built a display home to demonstrate sustainable construction and design concepts. Timbercrete demonstrates the use of their high thermal value masonry to add to the sustainability of the project. More than 60 local and national businesses have worked together with Timbercrete to show how living in a ecologically sustainable way is a realistic and achievable goal. By constructing the home the designers hope to suggest ways that visitors can lessen their energy and water usage and reduce their waste products. It also demonstrates the lifestyle cost benefits of using low energy and water use appliances.
