One word regularly used to describe FLOORChef is "different"...and we like it! For marketing, we took the radical step to just tell it how it is. We "laid it all out on the table", so to speak - the good and the bad. We adopted a sales mantra that said, "if our floors aren't right for you, we'll tell you so". We took transparency to a new level by posting a budgeting pad for clients.

Why did we do all this? The seamless flooring industry has been tarnished by over-sold marketing jargon and products failing to deliver. Things had to change as this was damaging reputations and leaving everyone with a bitter taste in their mouth.
