Limited Access Crane Solutions Sydney with SVSR Mini Crane Hire

Builder John Perez of Sydney wanted to lift 2 heavy steel beams for his roof extension. However he lives on a very small property where crane access is very limited. He had looked into the Franna Cranes and 3 Tonne cranes but after checking out svsr's web site and arranging a site visit from our Crane operator, he decided to go with svsr's largest mini crane, the 4 Tonne Maeda MC 405.

John had to remove a 1.5m section of his neighbour's fence to allow for the Maeda MC 405 to set up in his backyard. The yard being on a steep gradient, we had set up all our timbers to stabilize the crane before the lifts could take place. (see photos)

In the end the Maeda MC 405 was mini crane was the perfect crane for the job. No other crane could have so easily fit into such a tight area yet still managed the heavy steel lifts onto the roof of John's house. John was surprised at the affordability of the 405 too; despite being the largest of svsr's mini crawler cranes, it is well within budget for any small builder or owner-builder.
