Aerostone have developed a cavity wall masonry system specifically for the Australian market. The Aerostone Twin Panel System, using the CSR Hebel 100 & 75mm thick panels, with our patented tie down system offers exceptional thermal values at R1.5, acoustic performance, strength and speed of installation. The amount of wall previously requiring 4-5 men, and taking one week can now be installed by two men in four days.

The systems excels in remote areas, as the walls, roof and remaining structure can be erected by a carpentry based team. The entire wall system neatly loads onto vehicles with no frames required, and minimal waste to dispose of after construction compared to conventional brick work.

In northern parts of Australia, extreme temperatures require the use of air-conditioners for most of the day. The Twin Panel System will greatly reduce the dependence on power to cool the home. The panel also has the added benefit of not retaining heat as most masonry based products, therefore not radiating heat into the home.
