Architectural Screen Shapes Available from Johnson Screens

Johnson Screens can manufacture an architectural screen into any imaginable geometric shape to create a unique piece.

Flat Panels

Flat panel screens are manufactured on a unique machine which minimizes the appearance of weld burns. The flat panel manufacturing machine works best for larger wire and rod sizes. The average maximum size of a single-screen panel is about 8 x 8 ft / 2.4 x 2.4 m.

Cylinder Screens

Cylinder screens are resistance welded in a continuous motion, eliminating welding marks and allowing for one smooth line. Diameters range from 0.75 in. / 19 mm to 36 in. / 914 mm. Lengths of cylinder screens can go up to 20 ft / 6 m. in one continuous weld.

Other Screen Shapes

Architecture screens can be made into any geometrical shape imaginable, above and beyond the flat and cylindrical shapes. Triangular, oblong, oval, pyramidal, conical and more.
