Standing at 151m tall, this building is located on the CBD side of the Brisbane River. An impressive 38-story commercial building with a complex, three-level podium.

The tower has over 41,200 sqm (443,500 sq ft) of curtain wall consisting of full structurally glazed panels, panels with sunshades and cladding panels with additional external columns, also clad and extending to the 28th level.

The podium is a true and proper 'work of art' shaped like a foot at the base of the leg. The structure has shop fronts, arcades, balustrade, internal decorative cladding, external cladding in five different colors, soffit, skylights and roof cladding.

A further feature of the podium is the array of 'slash' windows in the external cladding, all laying at different angles and varying in width from 400mm to 1,000mm; indeed, they appear to run back into the soffit area.
