Design Specifications:

The Fernando's were referred to Sunrooms Plus by a pool company. Having a health complaint, Chris was advised that swimming was his best form of medicine. Given that Melbourne's climate would give him limited use of the pool, they wanted to investigate having the pool enclosed.

The End Result:

The Fernando's have enjoyed their pool for over a year now and have told Design Consultant, Phil Devlin, that they had to ban their kids from the pool through the week in order to get them to do their homework!

Conclusion:

At the completion of the works, the Fernando's had their home re-valued and were pleasantly surprised. Not only had the value of their home increased, but if they had put the house on the market at the time of valuation, they would have been well and truly ahead of what they had spent on the new additions. The fears they had of over-capitalising were never realised.
