Cranes for Suspended Slabs from SVSR Mini Cranes

With the builder LendLease attempting to create an intricate system of indoor timbers and the crane operating on a suspended concrete slab, the Maeda 4 Tonner was LendLease's only option.

Alex Davidson from LendLease says, "The designer of this building wants the whole building to look like a piece of scrunched up cardboard rubbish when we've finished building. It's insane.

Part of the interior of this building is to have an intricate system of suspended timbers inter-locked in the lobby area. It's been a nightmare to install. The timbers are heavy and very long and we've got no room to move between them, so this Maeda crane was really the only way to go. For such a small crane it's got an unbelievable lifting capacity and it can fit in anywhere."
