These photos are of a podium level garden bed repair completed at a Gold Coast beachfront apartment complex. Earlier attempts by another waterproofing contractor had failed to eliminate the leak into the adjacent unit on the right.

The tenant has reported no leaking has reoccurred since completion in mid-2005.
