Culligan Plants Tree for Park's Future

In a effort to ensure the Centennial Parklands remain the green haven Sir Henry Parks originally intended back in 1888, Culligan Water bid $12,000 for a Port Jackson Fig Tree in order to show their dedication to the environment and sustainability by participating in the Tree Replacement Program, organised by the by the Centennial Parklands Foundation's Transplant Appeal.

The tree is set to replace one of the 15,000 trees that need to be replanted over the next 40 years as the program aims to replace the existing tree population by 60% to ensure the unique landscape of the Parklands continues to be enjoyed by future generations.

The Centennial Parklands Foundation are helping to ensure that we all take responsibility for our environment in an effort to be sustainable, and the same ethos runs true for Culligan Water. All contributions to the ongoing conservation and sustainability of our Parklands' environment, culture and history are greatly appreciated and help ensure that Centennial Parklands is enjoyed by all for many years to come.
