Shoalhaven's sustainable house project is an initiative of Timbercrete Pty Ltd. The project promotes choices of greater efficiency, energy savings and reduced water use to help reduce the impact of housing on the local environment.

Timbercrete aims to display a home that is more comfortable to live in, more economical to maintain and has significantly less impact on the environment than a regular house.
