Slumped Glass is a kiln formed glass where a texture is created in the glass. The glass is heated and forms over the moulding. Once cooled, the glass has become "slumped glass".

Depending on the moulding technique used, this texture could be a standard texture or have a design embossed into the glass.

The slumped glass can be clear, tinted, enamelled colour or colour coated.

To conform to safety standards the resulting glass can be heat toughened or may be laminated.
