Quality Ground Tactile Surface Indicators from Guardian Tactile Systems

Guardian Tactile Systems was incorporated in March 2003 to manufacture and market high quality Tactile Ground Surface Indicators for the vision impaired. Guardian Tactiles fully comply with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1428.4.1:2009).

Guardian Tactiles have been tested by the CSIRO and given a slip resistance rating of R11. See the CSIRO Test Reports.

Guardian Tactiles are manufactured from Bayer "Desmopan" high-tech polyurethane. This product has a proven wear resistance equal to granite. See the CSIRO Test Reports. Strong, durable and conceived with extreme conditions in mind, the Polyurethane Product gives the Tactile Indicators a lasting edge and superior performance.

The Guardian Tactiles measure 300mm x 300mm or 400mm x 400mm. There are 11 (300 x 300) tiles per 12m and 6.25 (400 x 400) tiles per 12m. Adhesive and primer are included in our prices.
