Sandstone Feature Installation Project from StoneClip

Mr George Sarkis (pictured above), is one of the directors of Sarkis Sandstone, who are the principle contractors on this project at 290 Forbes st, Darlinghurst. He is responsible for the Sandstone supply and the installation on this project, which is over 1400 m2.

The panel size used is 900mm x 440mm x50mm thick =51 kgs/ panel. The fixing chosen to support the panels is the 8 mm adjustable, which is the most popular size in the adjustable range as it gives a scope of support from 10mm - 35mm cavity with this size of panel, which is the most popular used in Sydney.

The substrate is concrete filled blockwork. This project is nearing completion with only the bottom stone and the joint filling to be done. The project itself is being built by ProBuild Pty Ltd.

The above images show the Residence @ 18 College st on Hyde Park Sydney. Again the cladding is 900 mm x 440 x50 mm thick Sandstone panelling, being supported by the 8mm adjustable Stoneclip On this project there was around 25,000 clips used to SUPPORT and RESTRAIN the panels @ about 30mm again. This project was built by Hutchison Builders.
