New Range of Bases for StoneClip

Stoneclip developed its own version of the Z base that is popular in the Middle East and Europe. Onto these bases we are mounting our standard 40mm in diameter round headed shaft, along also with the T ended shaft.

This new range allows us to give the installers more choices for what they are cladding onto. If they are using the SET SIZE range or the 6 mm adjustable, the bases are the same, but in the 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm - they can have the standard base (approx. cavity 20mm), or they can have the Z base which gives from 25mm to 50mm cavity deep range.

Then coupled with the right shaft length - 70mm long for 8mm, 100mm long for the 10mm, 12mm or 16mm diameter shaft - they can get easier installation of the fixings, due to the shape of the Z base.

1. Set size Stoneclips - rough worked panels - 5 mm cavity
2. Slimline Supportclips - thin section panels (9mm - 20mm) - 5mm cavity
3. Adjustable Stoneclips - suit from 20 - 50mm thick panels - 20 mm cavity.
4. StonePins - direct fixing to substrate. - you choose cavity
5. StoneSub - fixing onto channel - + 50 mm cavity
6. Z brackets - adjustable T pins and round head - minimum cavity from 25mm to 60mm - 8mm to 16mm brackets.
