Corian solid surfacing vanities and benches at CASF Australia

Montefiore Aged Care Home is a 280 bed aged care facility that was finished with five star quality designs and interiors. The design and finishes were required to be warm and homely, whilst at the same time complying with the durability and regulations of a health building facility.

Corian® was selected as it was a solution to these needs. It has an attractive aesthetic point of view, as well as being durable, repairable and waterproof. It was used in the room kitchen and kitchenette benchtops, as shelving and splashbacks in the bathrooms, as well as being clad on a long reception desk.

"We wanted a solid colour appearance, and Corian® was the ideal material to create the look we were after," says Jennifer Gilmore of Gilmore Interiors.
