Atlantic stone is an incredibly hard igneous stone with very low porosity. Its porosity of 0.5% is amongst the best available for natural stone. It rates 7-8 on the Mohs scale which makes it as hard as products such as reconstituted Quartz stone.

Atlantic is ideal for kitchen bench tops due to its hardness and resistance to acid.
