FLOORChef - A Queensland Leader

In January 2012, FLOORChef became a member of the Queensland Leaders program, with the official induction held at the Tattersalls Club in Brisbane's CBD.

To give you a good idea of what Queensland Leaders is all about, their website explains:

"Queensland Leaders inspires the next generation of leading companies. Queensland Leaders assists our private sector companies through the sharing of experience and leadership from our Industry Partners, in conjunction with the knowledge and expertise of our Industry Experts."

"Each year Queensland Leaders selects up to 25 leading private or unlisted public Queensland companies to become Members. Each Member will undertake structured program over a 12 month period where they receive the knowledge and skills, networks and capital to become the next generation of leading companies headquartered in Queensland. Queensland Leaders assists Members to achieve sustainable growth, manage succession planning and evaluate entry and exit strategies for their business."

With that in mind, FLOORChef was both extremely grateful and excited at being offered such a rare opportunity to help build the company in the best possible manner. With the program now underway, FLOORChef is very encouraged by the progress seen to date and the depth of resources available to the participating members. One thing is for sure, we're certainly looking forward to putting all the knowledge gained into practice!
