FLIR Distributors Unveil New Products for 2012

More than 30 key FLIR distributors and personnel gathered at Melbourne University to launch and unveil new FLIR products for 2012. Included in the 'reveal' were the new entry-level i-Series handheld thermal imaging cameras and FLIR IR Windows.

Included in the 'reveal' were the new entry-level i-Series handheld thermal imaging cameras - the i3, i5 and i7; FLIR IR Windows and the FLIR E30 joining the already class-leading E40, E50 & E60 range in Australia.

The all-day FLIR seminar featured a range of speakers covering new products, IR training and an open-forum exchange of ideas and issues facing the industry.

All participants got a chance to get their hands on the new cameras and put them through their paces in a series of DIY tests and thermal imaging procedures.

The University of Melbourne has been involved in accredited Level 1 thermography training for more than a decade and last year became an ITC (Infrared Training Centre) Licensed Training Centre.

The seminar concluded at University House Restaurant where awards were presented in recognition of outstanding sales achievements of FLIR Authorised Distributors.
