Continuous Slotted Acoustic Panels from Decor Systems

FREEMAN CATHOLIC COLLEGE FEATURES NEW DECOREAGLE ACOUSTIC PANELS

This state of the art Auditorium, designed by SARM architects, seats approximately 1400 people. The show piece of the college, Decor Systems developed a new product especially for the project, called DecorEagle, a continuous slotted Acoustic panel. Decor Systems were a part of the design process from design right through to Installation.

Built by Morabito Constructions, the arena uses natural light to enhance the area surrounding the Basketball court, and highlights the Hoop Pine Veneer used on the Decor Systems Acoustic Panels.

Key to the design was the ability to fill and empty the auditorium with ease and in a quiet manner. Achieved with various exits, this hall will be a key building to facilitate future basketball games, HSC exams and school assemblies.

Decor Systems worked closely with all parties ensuring that the project was completed on time and within budget.
