Franco Fiorentini from F2 Architecture was given the opportunity to renovate this home and design the adjoining beach house. The brief was to open the place up and maximise the southern view throughout the homes. Due to the Pole house and adjoining beach homes beachside location and height, it is exposed to all the elements including sea salt, heavy rain and wind speeds up to 100km per hour. Solid, reliable products were sought for the home to ensure longevity.

Enter the premium DomusEvolution home lift, through the centre of the beach home residence, featuring mirror stainless steel sliding doors to give the elevator a luxurious edge, whilst also creating a sense of larger space. A beautiful wall clad feature made with burnt ash timber completely surrounds the lift.

The practical need for absolute mobility and a desire for premium aesthetic finishes to the finest detail brought the Adams' to Easy Living Home Elevators. Mrs. Adams said the more open, accessible design for the new home was needed because her husband Raymond had become wheelchair-bound since they bought the property.
