Prefinished Prefabricated Timber System from Timber Imagineering

For the Bluestone Commercial Office space in Brisbane, a fully prefabricated timber system was constructed in our Victoria workshop and delivered to Brisbane. All components were prefinished prior to erection. Our integrated design-build team was able to see this project through from inception to completion.

The 12.2 meter span was achieved with 900mm x 90mm HySpan LVL beams and exposed rafters, creating an efficient and elegant portal frame system. Erection of the entire structure was completed by Timber Imagineering in a two week period, ready for external cladding.
