Logic Australia - The proud owner of ACL Comcork - the premium range of safety flooring

As some of you may be already be aware as of 17th March 2006 Logic Australia is now the proud owner of ACL Comcork formally owned by Automotive Components Limited (ACL). 'Comcork Flooring' products are a premium range of safety flooring that are mainly specified by architects and used by builders all around Australia. The good news for Logic is that Comcork's existing products are a natural extension to our existing range of safety surface products and the two businesses share many existing synergies.

We believe the joint force will help to make us a leader in the safety surface market and allow us to offer a broader range of innovative products, excellence in customer service and long term relationships.

As part of the acquisition process Logic Australia will move into Comcork's larger manufacturing plant in Oakleigh South in Victoria over the coming weeks. All existing phone and fax numbers will still operate for the moment as we will be diverting them across to the new office, but out new contact details are as follows;
