Speed Humps are often only needed at certain times of the day or in certain locations at specific times or at busy times of the year. The Swivel Hump is anchored at one end and can be swivelled across the road as and when need arises.

The tool shown above is used to assist in swivelling the hump. It also contains a socket which fits the nuts on the joining brackets.
