PanelTech successfully manufactured large panels for Woodmasons Cold Storage facility in Clayton, Victoria. So when they required the supply & installation of panels 90m L x 30m W x 23.3 m H for their high rise project at Minto, NSW, they again chose PanelTech's Cold Storage system due to our ability to manufacture panels to any length.

The building was erected by PanelTech out of 200mm "S" grade styrene panel with the ceiling being fully suspended. The floor styrene was supplied and had to be surveyed to allow for 565 inserts of 210mm x 200mm hardwood blocks to cater for the feet of the racking that was to be installed by others.

PanelTech's unique "Panel Lock" join enables these panels to be installed easily and provide the structural strength required. Our roll formed joint allows sealant to be applied uniformly ensuring a quality end result.

The project is the 1st full robot pallet carriage operation with 7 pallet carriage cars. The racking of frozen goods is wall to wall, floor to ceiling high.
