3M Cubitron™ II Fibre Discs 982C and 987C

3M's newest innovation; Cubitron™ II fibre discs will cut faster than existing fibre / flap / bonded abrasive. 982C will also provide finer finishes than bonded abrasives and last up to 2X as long as competitive fibre discs. All this can reduce downtime, reduce time / steps on subsequent finishing steps, and reduce your overall abrasive spend.

With a high concentration of perfectly oriented grain, Cubitron™ II provides long disc life, and that means lower cost per part for the customer. The precision-shaped grain cuts faster for increased productivity. This is a very worker-friendly solution because Cubitron™ II requires less pressure with no sacrifice to expected stock removal rates.
