Bluestone Kerbstone and Gutterstone from Italian Porphyry

HARBOUR ESPLANADE - DOCKLANDS

This project is on the main Esplanade in Docklands, the new precinct on the Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne for the Melbourne City Council - VICURBAN and the main contractor Cut&Fill. We installed, in a 8 month period, 1600 Linear meters of Bluestone (Basalt) Kerbstone (300x1000x300mm thick) and Gutterstone (300x1000x100mm thick) in a straight and curved pattern including 15 pedestrian, Tram and car crossing) We also installed 1400 M2 of Bluestone sawn and honed tiles (vary from 300x600x50mm thick to 500x1000x50mm thick) and 120 M2 of granite tiles as rumple strips near the pedestrian crossings for the Bike track.
