for prestigious Figtree Apartments, Putney Hill

This Project consisting of 54 apartments is the first stage of a large residential precinct being developed by Fraser Property Group in Putney Hill, NSW.

Taylor's team provided value engineering services on the Project to help meet the clients' budget without compromising on quality on this prestigious development. Part of this value engineering included looking at various options for the building façade to help come up with material selections that were cost effective while at the same time meeting Cox Richardson Architects design intent for the building.

BT Bamboo 14mm coffee lock supplied by Eco Flooring Systems was the strandwoven bamboo flooring that met this criteria and was recently installed by Peter Kelly Flooring NSW.
