GO Wild. GO Classic. GO Tame. GO Bold! InterfaceFLOR's B&W Collection launched - Interface Flooring

A best of NeoCon Silver winner, InterfaceFLOR's B&W™ Collection has been launched in Australia. GO Wild with the Born Free zebra and Sidewinder snakeskin-based patterning; GO Classic with the delicate French Quarter, botanical-inspired Ink Blot and the Greek Key-based A Maze; GO Tame with the houndstooth-based Hound Dog and the sheer texture of Tweedle Dee; and GO Bold with the Jailhouse, On Key and Slam Dunk.

The ten patterns within the collection can be used alone, in combination with each other or solids, to create a bold stroke in any market segment.

And when is black and white green? When it features hybrid polylactic acid (PLA) fibre technology derived from polymerised corn starch. PLA is a bio-based, renewable resource made from non food grade #2 corn and potentially other starch containing agricultural plant materials. The starch portion of these agricultural products is converted to sugar and fermented to produce lactic acid. This is then processed and polymerised to produce PLA.

Reducing the use of non-renewable resources is a key objective of InterfaceFLOR, and the PLA content of these products uses 20-50% less fossil fuel resources than traditional hydrocarbon resins. Not only does it mean less greenhouse gases produced; the PLA component can also return to "natural" cycles. B&W is exclusively available on either InterfaceFLOR's GlasBac® (recyclable) or GlasBac® RE (recycled and recyclable) backing.
