It is mandatory that all new home and commercial construction have pre-defined stages where a building surveyor will inspect and certify the workmanship and compliance of the building stage. The most common stages are Pre-Slab or Foundations, Frame, Lock Up and final. Depending on the type of building being built there may be others that are needed.
