Counter Balanced Double Hung Window from Rylock

Double hung windows introduce unparalleled recirculation of air, through simultaneously operating top & bottom panels. Warm air moves through the upper opening, whilst cooler air enters largely through the bottom. The lack of a hinged sash realises a product with minimal protrusion into living areas, rendering it ideal for areas of heavy foot traffic. In multi storey residences, access for cleaning is made easier through the multiple openings.

Window style & opening detail should be considered as viewed externally
Sizes indicated are the overall window size. Reveal is inline with outer frame dimension.
For Stud openings add 20mm to both height & width

Glazing
Glazing strength to minimum N3 rating as per AS4055 - 2006
Maximum double glazed panel thickness is 18mm
