450 Series

A versatile 100mm x 50mm 'flush' pocket glazed framing system suitable for shopfront, low rise curtain wall & general framing applications. While the system is mostly glazed to the exterior or front creating a shear wall appearance, it can be glazed to the interior producing an exposed grid effect.

Waterproofing characteristics based on pressure equalisation principles.

Internal or external glazing depending on the project requirements and location of the removable beads.

A unique gasket retention system that firmly secures the glazing gasket into the pocket.

Capable of achieving horizontal stack joint & spilt mullion configurations suitable for use over large areas. e.g. curtain wall facades.

Acoustic upgrades up to STC 48 available.

Transom-to-jamb seal block which isolates each fixed panel creating an independent unit for superior drainage.

Gutter transoms available for curtain wall applications.

Accommodates 5mm - 10.38mm glass.

Compatible with 165 Series (100mm), 445 Series & 475 Series framing, and 475 Series accessories including sub-framing & coupling mullions (options: 22 1/2°, 24°, 30°, 45°, 60° & 90°).
