Penfold Audi Burwood had a simple approach to the building as part of the works for the New Audi Approved plus dealership the architect wanted to take advantage of the vertical wall and create that simple clean lines of not having the door opening under the lintel. It was apparent the Uplift door was selected to keep the continuity of the tall showroom.

The electric operated vertical lift door allowed ease of operation with opening from a key switch. Having Low E glazing installed allowed the building to maintain its high ratings. The door was able to be installed in 210mm side room using the compact German motor that is hidden within the counter weight cover allows the door to operate quietly.
