OnBase enterprise content management from Caylx Software


OnBase is a fully integrated enterprise content management (ECM) software suite used by more than 7,200 mid-tier and Global 2000 enterprises to capture, route, manage, share and archive high volumes of corporate information critical to business operations, audits and customer service.

  • E-mail, whether imported on an ad hoc basis; captured automatically based on addressee, subject line or other properties; or maintained in a comprehensive archive of all incoming and outgoing messages.

OnBase functionality fills the gaps between existing applications by eliminating redundant, disjointed and manual processes, and its open architecture makes it easy to incorporate into existing environments or adapt to new technology investments. Because of its capability to act as an extension of existing applications, OnBase Application Enabler can be implemented to index and retrieve documents directly from the enterprise applications workers use daily. With minimal impact on end users, Application Enabler can be used to generate bar-coded separator sheets, prompt workflows and complete template-based documents directly from line-of-business applications such as ERP, accounting, student information systems, hospital information systems or loan origination systems.
