Design & Engineering
Permasteelisa's design and engineering divisions collaborate with various Architects, Owners, Specialist Consultants and Main Contractors to ensure mutual realisation of projects within budgetary and scheduling constraints. Project teams make extensive use of computers and sophisticated 2D and 3D software.

Testing
Permateelisa's main test facilities are located in Thailand, Holland and Venice. These allow for verification of structural adequacy and weather tightness of full size wall systems to maximum pressures in excess of +/- 12 Kpa using internationally recognised standards such as AS, ASTM, AAMA, GB/T, JIS, BS, DIN etc.

Production
Permasteelisa's factories cover an area of 200,000m² and have a combined production capacity in excess of 900,000m² p.a. Computerised control and manufacturing processes assure high and consistent levels of quality.

Site Operations & Installation
Permasteelisa is capable of efficient installation of all types of curtain wall and cladding. Unitised systems allow installation from within the building thereby eliminating the need for costly external access. Installation is also an important element of our quality system to ensure the highest standards are applied to the completed building.
