Apex Corrugated is a well recognised Australian product, ideal for both traditional and contemporary roofing applications. Made from hi-tensile steel this profile whilst strong is also lightweight which minimises sheet damage. Apex Corrugated is pierce fixed which ensures easy fixing by the conventional method. To ensure maximum weather protection our Corrugated has a 1.5 rib overlap. Apex Corrugated is available custom cut to length and is ideal for both roofing and wall applications.The wide cover (762mm) allows for quick installation, saving on both materials and labour. This versatile profile can be used on a minimum roof pitch of 5 degrees. Curving material for both traditional and architectural applications is available in soft feed (G300).

RECOMMENDED FIXING METHOD
Use fasteners complying with AS 3566 Class 3.
Roofing into Timber Battens: Use 12 Gauge x 50mm Hex Head T17 screws
Roofing in Steel Purlins: Use 12 Gauge x 35mm Hex Head Screws (approx 6 per m2)
Wall Cladding into Timber Battens: Use 12 Gauge x 25mm Hex Head screws
Wall Cladding into Steel Purlins: Use 10 Gauge x 16mm Hex Head screws (approx 5 per m2)

MATERIALS
Both ZINCALUME® and COLORBOND® has G550 base material (550Mpa minimum yield stress) with AZ150 coating, in accordance with AS1397. Please contact Apex sales staff for our extensive range of colours and thicknesses.
