Point of Sale integrates loyalty module from Vectron Systems

Vectron's loyalty module includes a voucher tool which seamlessly integrates with Point of Sale and Stock Control operations. Restaurants, bars or pubs can generate a limitless range of promotional vouchers instantly at point of sale.

Vouchers are ideal for rewarding loyal customers, boosting impulse purchases or future events. Easy to set up and run they also help create a point of difference vs. competitors.

Brilliantly flexible, vouchers can be precisely tied to buying patterns or promotions plans. Products sales, customer spend, memberships and other criteria can all be triggers for voucher issue. Printing is via the POS printer at point of sale, network or centrally located printer.

Totally trackable, a barcode or number can be included on the voucher along with an optional expiry date. Redemption is simply by scanning the barcode or by entering the voucher number. The pos system keeps track of all vouchers and also reports used and unused vouchers.

A few examples of use:

• Wine discount - sell 2 bottles of specified wine and get $10 off. The pos system amortizes the discount over the two products and takes $5.00 off each bottle of wine.
• 2 For 1 membership deal - meal vouchers using a progressive spend. Every time a member spends say $200 in the venue on food or beverage, a bar-coded voucher will be issued offering a second main course (at the lower price) in the bistro for free at the next visit. The voucher can be restricted to be redeemed only on a Mon & Tues only.
• Beer discount - when a schooner of a specific beer is purchased, the first one is sold at full retail and a bar-coded voucher is printed offering the next schooner at 20% discount. This is repeated for all Schooners till the end of the promotion. A report is available showing how many vouchers have been issued and how many redeemed.
• Golf 18 Holes (Free schooner) - When 18 holes of golf are paid at the Pro-Shop, a voucher is issued offering the player a free schooner at the bar at the completion of the round. This voucher is valid on day of issue only. When the voucher number is entered or scanned the product is automatically rung up on the till.
