Seamless Liquid Rubber VezLar® Liner for Concrete from LR Industrial

LR Industrial Services contracted to repair and spray seamless Liquid Rubber Vezlar® liner to concrete South tank reservoir and chlorine feeder tank with a capacity of 8.2 m/L.

Mt Isa Water Board Terminal Reservoir south tank was built in the 1960's as a closed potable storage tank. Located in a high vibration area, due to mining, the reservoir was losing up to 0.5 m/L of water per day.

Extensive cracking in the existing substrate required jointing repairs were necessary to existing expansion joints and wall areas.

Liquid Rubber VezLar® being applied to base wall of Reservoir & VezLar® spray grade coating to walls.

Seamless finish with Liquid Rubber VezLar®. The project took 5 weeks from site establishment to completion.
